About the Program

Kailong Cai is the founder of the Universe Butterfly Program. A finance PhD and CFA/FRM charterholder, he spent two decades in capital markets and fintech leadership (Deutsche Bank; C-suite roles in digital finance) before committing full-time to space resources. He is a bilingual columnist and commentator on technology and finance.
